What We Offer

Our Programs & Services

Three interconnected programs, one shared purpose — empowering youth and families for life long success across Eastern Washington.

Families First

Keeping families together before a crisis occurs.

Families First is our preventative services program — designed to strengthen families and reduce the risk of child abuse, neglect, or out-of-home placement. We believe the best outcome for a child is staying safely with their own family, and we work hard to make that possible.

Through Families First, we provide early intervention services to families who are at risk but haven't yet reached a crisis point. Our family support advocates work alongside parents to build the skills, connections, and resources they need to create a safe and stable home environment.

  • Early intervention and family assessment
  • Parenting education and skill-building
  • Case management and resource navigation
  • Counseling and mental health referrals
  • Community connection and support networks

Child Placing Agency

Finding safe, loving homes for children in need.

Our Child Placing Agency (CPA) program is at the heart of everything we do. We recruit, train, license, and support foster families across Eastern Washington — ensuring that every child who needs a home has a safe, stable, and nurturing place to land.

Our CPA team walks with foster families from their very first inquiry through licensing, placement, and beyond. We provide ongoing training, 24/7 support, and regular home visits to ensure both children and families have everything they need to thrive together.

  • Foster family recruitment and screening
  • Pre-service and ongoing training
  • Licensing and home studies
  • 24/7 on-call support for foster families
  • Child placement matching and coordination
  • Regular home visits and case management
